Q. Is IRCA Group USA LLC still connected with Kerry Inc?

A. No. In March 2023, IRCA Group USA LLC acquired the sweet ingredients business from Kerry Inc. including the following US plants:

  • Elk Grove Village, IL - 1301 Mark St., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007
  • Affton, MO - 8021 New Hampshire Ave, Affton, MO 63123
  • New Century, KS - 400 Prairie Village Dr, New Century, KS 66031
  • Union City, CA - 33063 Western Avenue, Union City, California 94587

As of July 1st 2024, all Procurement and AP transition services provided by Kerry to IRCA have ceased and there is no longer any contractual relationship.

 

Q. Will suppliers still use Kerry Tungsten for submitting invoices?

A. No, suppliers will not use Kerry Tungsten for submitting invoices to IRCA. Deadline for invoices related to products/services provided by June 27th, 2024 need to be uploaded to Kerry Tungsten is June 27th, 2024. Invoices submitted to Kerry by June 27th will continue to be paid by Kerry in accordance with agreed payment terms. After this date, please send invoices to [email protected]. Any invoices after June 27th 2024, need to be invoiced to IRCA Group USA LLC and no longer Kerry Inc.

 

Q. How will payments be processed going forward?

A. Invoices submitted to Kerry by June 27th will continue to be paid by Kerry in accordance with agreed payment terms. Invoices submitted to IRCA after June 27th will be paid by IRCA in accordance with agreed payment terms. Please send your invoices to [email protected]

     

    Q. What actions do suppliers need to take for goods/invoices delivered after June 21st?

    A. Suppliers to send invoices to IRCA Group USA LLC for Goods / Services delivered after June 21st. Please note, invoices are to reference the PO number issued by Kerry, but all related invoices will be paid by IRCA Group USA LLC.

     

    Q. Will IRCA be issuing new PO numbers?

    A. Yes, IRCA will be issuing new PO numbers for any open POs in July 2024.

     

    Q. What do Suppliers do with the new IRCA PO number?

    A. Once Suppliers receive the new IRCA PO numbers, Suppliers are to reference the new PO number in all future invoices. Once suppliers receive the new IRCA PO numbers, any open Kerry POs after June 21st related to IRCA’s 4 plants will no longer be valid and should be closed. Please note, the related invoice needs to be made out to IRCA Group USA LLC and invoices will be paid by IRCA Group. Invoices must be emailed to [email protected]

     

    Q. Who are my new IRCA Group USA contacts?

    IRCA Group plant buyers will not change.
