Pour JOYSOFT NEUTRAL CREAM into the water and vigorously stir with a whisk; add the flavouring paste in the recommended dosage. Let the mixture rest for 15/20 minutes and after another brief stirring pour the mixture into the appropriate soft ice cream machine.
Close carefully the bag after each use.
