"My career began in the kitchens: at 15 years old, my first work experience was in a hotel as an appetizer attendant. From there the world of savoury has always strongly fascinated me. I always thought I could transform the desserts I created into a savoruy preparations.
From this approach my vision of Savoury Pastry was born, to be offered not only as an aperitif but also to be displayed in the window alongside pastry mignon. After all, you know: sugar and salt, although they contrast, are very similar!"
