Master Davide Malizia, is a multifaceted personality, award-winning for his specialties. He is in fact 6 times World Pastry Champion, one as a champion and five as a coach, as well as 2020 winner of the prestigious Sucre d'Or award, as Best Artist in the Sugar World. Founder of the Academy of Pastry in Rome, Aromacademy, he is always attentive to study and research. Last year he received the award for Best Pastry Chef of Rome as well as the Golden Lion of Venice as an award for professional merit.
