Vigonza (PD), March 6th, 2024 – IRCA Group, international leader in chocolate, creams, fruit, and high-quality food ingredients, has signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of Benetti, Italian player active in the distribution of food ingredients with a capillary presence in the provinces of Padua and Rovigo. The completion of the transaction is expected in April 2024.
For over 40 years, Benetti has set the standard in the distribution of food ingredients, serving pastry shops, bakeries, ice cream parlors, and the HoReCa channel. Under Sandro Benetti’s leadership, the company has achieved consistent growth, building a solid foundation for future expansion. The Benetti Family will continue to lead the company and will contribute, along with IRCA, to its next growth journey.
The combination with Benetti represents the evolution of a relationship that has consolidated over the years, which will lead the IRCA Group to strengthen its offering of high value-added ingredients in a key geographical area for the Italian market.
