DECORGRAIN must be applied on the shaped bread before rising.
Wet the surface of the bread and lay down them gently on a big quantity of DECORGRAIN trying to let the seeds and the flakes well stick.
Place the bread on the pans and let rise.
We suggest to carry out the baking of the bread introducing abundant steam in the oven.
