DIRECTIONS FOR USE

SARACENO DECO' has to be applied before leavening.
Wet the surface of the bread, sprinkle a huge quantity of SARACENO DECO' trying to let it stick well.
Place the bread on trays and let rise.
It is suggestable to bake the bread giving plenty of steam in the oven.
