Notes for use:

The dose of use is 1 kg of DELTAPAN 25 per quintal of flour. The dose can be reduced up to 0.3 kg depending on the quality of flour used and the recipes and procedures adopted.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Add directly to flour before kneading.
Dosage: 1 kg PROJECT BASE per 100 kg flour.
The dosage can be reduced up to 0.3 kg according to the quality of the flour and to the methods.
When using the sponge dough bread making method, PROJECT BASE must be added to the last dough.
PROJECT BASE does not contain fats.
