Description
Shiny chocolate nibs (min. 47% of cocoa), with irregular shape, very useful in pastry and ice-cream making. Because of its special composition, it is perfectly suitable for baked products too and, thanks to its shiny gloss, it is also an excellent decoration for choco bon bons.
