It's a unique and extremely versatile variegate and it suits the most surprising ice cream creations.

JOYCREAM FRIZZZI POP BLUE is able to maintain a creamy consistency even at -15 ° C in the freezer cabinet.

NOTE:
- For a surprising crackle effect you always have to mantain a two parts ice-cream to one part variegate balance.
- As all non-stabilised products, the dry and fat components tend to separate and it is thus important to stir them well before use.
