Red fruit flavoured cream with crunchy inclusions for a sparkling and crackling effect on the palate.
One-of-a-kind, extremely versatile, it adapts to all the most surpricing ice cream creations and is also excellent as a filling for parfais and creams. Use it in pastry making as fillings for pralines and crunchy couvertures.

NOTE:
- For a surprising crackle effect you always have to mantain a two parts ice-cream to one part variegate balance.
- As all non-stabilised products,the dry and fatcomponents tend to separate and it is thus important to stir them well before use.
