Preparation

Dry mix JOYBASE NEUTRAL FIX, JOYPLUS PROSOFT, JOYPLUS FIBRA MIX, JOYPLUS TRIM, sugar and salt.

Add the previously mixed powders with hot water and add APURIMAC PERù 72% DOMORI.

Mix and let it rest, finally put in batch freezer.
