About me
A highly talented pastry chef and chocolatier, he skillfully combines technique and inventiveness, chemistry and creativity. World Pastry Champion in Basel in 1993 and 1994. Today he works as a consultant and teaches in specialized courses in pastry, chocolate making and decoration.
