DIRECTIONS FOR USE

mix in powder "HOT CHOCOLATE"________ 200 g
milk_________________________________ 1000 g
stir the preparation with a small quantity of milk (about 200 g), complete with the remaining milk and bring to 90°C for 20 minutes mixing constantly; cool to 60°C mixing constantly.
Ingredients of hot chocolate:
MILK , chocolate in powder (sugar, cocoa, vanillin) 14,3%, starch, thickener: locust bean gum, salt.
