DIRECTIONS FOR USE

MAIS DECO' must be applied on the shaped bread before rising.
Wet the surface of the bread and lay down them gently on a big quantity of MAIS DECO' trying to let grits well stick.
Place the bread on the pans and let rise.
We suggest to carry out the baking of the bread introducing abundant steam in the oven.
