Ingredients
Warm water | g 3.000 |
JOYPASTE MELAGRANA | g 300 |
fresh grated ginger | g 25 |
JOYBASE PREMIUM LIMONE | g 300 |
Sucrose | g 900 |
Preparation
Mix water, grated ginger, and JOYPASTE POMEGRANATE.
Add the dry ingredients mixed with JOYBASE PREMIUM LIMONE 100 and mix with a hand blender.
Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes and put it in the batch freezer.
