Preparation
Transfer the product straight from the package to a pastry bag fitted with a star (or plain) tip and pipe the biscuits onto parchment paper, giving them the typical shape of the "Petits-Fours".
Decorate as you like most and bake in a deck oven at 230-240°C for 6-8 minutes immediately after, no resting time needed.

BLITZ - diluted with the 20% of water | To Taste |
When the biscuits are still warm, brush them with the mixture of BLITZ and water.
