Fill up with the milk chocolate filling.
Close the shell with tempered SINFONIA CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE 56% and let crystallize.
Dip into tempered SINFONIA CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE 56%.
Top off with some GRANELLA DI BISCOTTO and let crystallize.
