Mix Sugar and JOYBASE INFINITY CREAM 100 and add the neutral base and all the others ingredients, mix with hand blender and put in the batch freezer.
Variegate with JOYCREAM BESAMEMUCHO. Tip: if the bananas aren't ripe enough, we suggest putting them in boiling water ( with their peel) for about 5 minutes.
