Add the JOYPASTE CAPPUCCINO to the white base, mix with a hand blender and put into the batch freezer. Form the fist layer of ice cream in the ice cream pan, and pour the previously heated at low temperature JOYCOUVERTURE over the entire surface and mix. Form the second layer of ice cream and decorate the surface with some more JOYCOUVERTURE.
