Add JOYPASTE DULCE DE LECHE to the white base, mix with a hand blender and put into the batch freezer. Variegate with JOYCREAM MORELLINO and decorate the surface with BISCUIT GRAINS.

In order to obtain a more crunchy result, add BISCUITGRAINS to MORELLINO before variegating.
