JOYCREAM WAFERNUT NOIR or NOCCIOLATA ICE CROCK	g	As needed

Add JOYPLUS PROSOFT and JOYPASTE HAZELNUT PREMIUM to the white base, mix with hand blender and put in the batch freezer. Variegate with JOYCREAM WAFERNUT NOIR or NOCCIOLATA ICE CROCK. If you wish decorate the surface with broken hazelnuts.
