Ingredients

ALICE'S CAKE g 1000
seed oil g 400
pumpkin purée g 400
cinnamon powder g 2
water g 100

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a planetary mixer at medium speed for 4-5 minutes. Pour the mixture into muffin moulds, filling them to one half. Use a pastry bag to pipe some FRUTTIDOR BLUEBERRY in the centre, cover with some of the muffin mixture and bake at 180-190°C for about 25 minutes.
